Tickets valid for posted event times only. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy: Event Cancellation. If an event is cancelled, ReAwaken Spa will issue refunds or offer services in kind of equal value at a later date. Any refunds will exclude service and payment processing fees, unless the refund of such fees is required by applicable law or the Organizer elects to cover such fees.
Other Refunds: Except for refunds issued when an event is cancelled, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you agree to resolve the issue directly with the Organizer. The decision of whether to issue a refund (and the method any such refund will be made) will be made by the Organizer. Organizer will issue refunds in conformance with Virginia State local law.

The licensed professionals at ReAwaken Massage and Facial Spa are trained in all aspects of manual massage therapy, including deep-tissue, Swedish, sports, hot-stone bodywork, and more. The studio encourages patrons to schedule regular therapy sessions, as they can help reduce fatigue, chronic aches and pains, boost one’s immune system, improve one’ sleep habits and improve one’s overallquality of life.
